You manage to convince yourself that you can always get off later (or if you really felt like it, come back here and try to have some fun with either of the two) and thus move down towards the maintenance shaft leading to Deck 11 and Engineering. Opening it up, you find that it is unblocked, but no lights are on in it. According to your map, it SHOULD lead straight to engineering.

Ashley looks a bit nervously at the shaft. Searching around her suit she hopes it has a flash light or something illuminating on it so that the crawl wouldn't be as scary. She hoped and prayed to god it took her where she needed to go as she slowly crawls in.

There is indeed a flashlight, and after a moment of fiddling, you've turned it on, illuminating the dark shaft. You then begin your way down it...

However, halfway down, you spot movement that makes you pause. A grate that exits out of the right side of the shaft has three dark purple, octopus like tendrils wiggling around in your path. They can't seem to come any closer, but you'll need to deal with them to continue going.

It takes only one shot to make them writhe in pain and go speeding back down the grate. It seems that you can pass, but you might want to be quick. Never know if it might have retreated only for a few seconds.

Exiting the shaft, you find yourself on a platform overlooking the rest of Engineering, which is actually a large three story room with several levels and platforms about it, all surrounding the power core. The room is mostly dark, but you can see some of that purple goo splattered across the place.

However, before you can do anything else, a sharp gasp of pleasure stops you as the seed in your womb begins to vibrate excitedly. You have a feeling that whatever was growing inside you is ready to make its way out.

Slowly, almost tortuously, it moves down your passage, until it pops out and rolls to a stop a foot away, a soft green glow coming off it as it grows a bit larger before your eyes.

And then...the glow intensifies, and it begins to change shape before your very eyes. When the glow fades away, you see what you can only describe as a plant girl curled up on the ground before you.

Your daughters eyes blink open, and she smiles as she pops off and nods happily. "Mamma!" She then glomps you, rubbing her cheek against your chest. Her skin feels almost like fresh, newly grown grass, and she smells vaguely of tulips and mint.

Your daughter dives her lips back down upon your breasts, getting several tasty gulps before popping off and licking her lips. "Wuv Mamma's milk! It tasty!" She rubs herself against you as she goes back to drinking them, her tail rubbing up along your back in an almost teasing manner.

Ashely lets out a giggle her daughter's rather cute nature. "Well i have something to do." She gets up and gently pats her daughter. "I think i'll name you Jess. Now Jess i need to find the generator, you can stay near me or you can go find more yummy milk, but i need to go."

Jess gets up with you, clinging to you as she offers a very wide smile, eyes shimmering as she says "Stay! Stay with Mama!" Well, it seems like you have company now. Maybe she'll be able to help out later.

Although, before you go anywhere, you should probably throw your pants back on.

Jess nods, and you see a ladder leading down to another platform. Below, on the main floor of engineering, is the power generator, though it looks like its been covered with goo...and some sort of strange pods. You don't see or hear any signs of other creatures right now, but part of the room is further south of the generator. What you are currently at is a platform with a small energy regulation alcove, an unpowered console sitting dark and unused.

The power console would be her only be bet, maybe she can jury rig it to get it working again if not then the energy regulation might be worth a look. "Jess go down to the generator and see if you can find me a battery." Describes a battery to the best of her abilities hoping it wont confuse the little girl
