Result: Normal encounter!

You manage to land safely on the other ledge, and your tunic quickly returns returns to normal size. You still feel a chill from your top being exposed like that, not that Ezla seems to care in the slightest. "Shhh! Do you want monsters to find us or something? And you call me loud!" Ezla says with a huff, and sure enough, a bunch of... bug looking creatures appear. What is it about monsters and looking alot like bugs? What's even worse is that these buggers refuse to stand still, hoping all over place for no good reason. These things are going to be a pain to take down.

Zelda huffs up at the crown, completely ignoring the bugs for the moment as she chastises her annoying companion!
"Well, I didn't expect to be thrown up into the sky so the world could see my body, Ezla! For goodness sake, I didn't even expect to be flying!"
She's not sure WHAT she was expecting, but that wasn't it!
Probably a bit too late, she draws her sword and readies herself for combat..

You quickly arm yourself and engage the monsters, but you quickly find that their jumps are not just for show: they easily hop out of the way of your sword slashes, while jumping onto your shoulders and trying to force you into the ground. And these things aren't light either! It feels like a pair of fist slamming down onto your shoulders whenever they pounce, and if they keep up this assault, then they will certainly make you taste dirt.

And the winner is...

Zelda! But she loses 6 HP, and one willpower!

The battle that ensures proves to be long and arduous, with the tektikes landing blow after blow on your poor shoulders, and Ezla shrieking as she even tries to help you get them of you. After awhile, you begin to learn the rhythm of their jumps, and mange to start landing hits on their silver and red bodies, taking them out one by one, although they continue to assault you until the last one falls. You slowly sit yourself down, worn from all the fighting, and Ezla is panting along with you, although that's more from a lack of breath from shouting and shrieking. "I'm starting to really hate bugs," She mutters outloud. You notice a stairwell close to you, as well as a path leading further north, which means you still have plenty of the mountain to explore...

Zelda pants, out a combination of exhaustion and pain. That hurt so much, and they were so hard to kill. She was almost worried she would have lost, but she's safe now..
"I hate t-them already, Ezla." Zelda follows that plaintive cry with a deep breath as she tries to regain some of her composure. After a few minutes spent to calm down, she picks herself up and climbs the staircase, wondering where it would take her.

You walk up the stairs, and find yourself on a small plateau, filled to the brim with an odd, but prickly looking white substance. There's not enough of it to block your passage, but it noticeably chokes the area in combination with the dead trees strewn about. As you step further in, you notice a seed, stuck within a rocky formation... You try to reach for the seed, but it's well out of your grasp, and the rock formation is positioned in such a way that you can't walk over to it. You also notice another ledge you could get over to, if only you had something to climb up. You need that bean, but you have no way of getting to it in your current state.

As you look about for a solution, 2 more things catch your eye: a small vine in the distance, leading into a hole, as well as a large patch of the prickly white stuff, nearly piled up in a mound of sorts. It almost looks like the stuffing is hiding something...

Zelda attempts to touch the white, prickly looking substance.. And most likely hurts herself in the process. As she backs up, sucking on her injured fingers, she decides to try everyhting she has.. Starting with the Gust Jar, to pull up all of the cloud-like substance.

You try out your Gust Jar, and it begins to suck up the prickly whiteness like it was nothing. You manage to clean out the entirety of the stuff, finding a large grey rock in its place. It's large enough for you to stand upon it, and Ezla is inspecting it with a careful eye. "Hmmmm... Sheik, this may be a hunch, but I think we've found another way to shrink down! Climb on that rock, and let me work my magic!"

Zelda nods cautiously as she stores away the Gust Jar. She's not exactly sure what that white cloudy substance was... But at least it's not blocking the way anymore.
She hops up on the rock... And prepares to shrink.

You let Ezla work her magic on you, hopping about and chanting her strange words, and you feel yourself shrinking once more.... Soon enough, you feel the same sensation of falling, before you bounce off of a few jelly like substances and hit the dirt floor. You're once again in the word of the Minish, and you quickly find yourself surrounded in a world of white! The white stuff that you thought you swept up has reappeared, and while your small size allows you to avoid them without worry, their needles look so large that they could pierce your body with ease. You should tread with a bit more caution, even if it would be hard for you to manage to impale yourself like that.

Zelda carefully maneuvers her way past the forest of prickly spines.. And she's just hoping she isn't pushed into one of the things!
Once she's clear to do so, she runs forward and away from the dangerous spikes, and then proceeds to explore the area.

Making your way past the prickly whiteness, you come across a clearing, and once again, two objectives catch your eye. The small vine that you saw at normal size now looks large enough for you to climb, which means you can explore the tiny opening it leads up to. Or, you can head to what appears to be some sort of canyon. Judging by it's position, it likely holds the seed that you saw before, which will be needed in order to progress further up the mountain.

Zelda sees her two options before her.. And, with nothing else to really besides explore them, she tries going towards where she thinks the Seed is.
Maybe she can make it grow, or move it somehow?

You begin to walk through the canyon, and you can see twigs strewn about, large enough that you have to actually go around them, or sometimes under them if they allow. You also come across... more Pestos. You groan as you realize that these things might be around to harass you every single time you shrink down to Minish form, and they likely won't leave you alone if you're trying to transport a seed out of here! You'll have to clear them out in order to make things easier on yourself...

While you dread the prospect of fighting these bugs, the battle that follows proves to be far less threatening than you had imagined. You effortlessly swirl around your enemies, hacking them down one by one. Even their numbers pose on threat to you, as you easily read their moves and act in kind. You're quickly rewarded with the pestos dropping to the floor, each one dropping a single rupee. While you wish that they had dropped more for you, you can't complain about the difficulty of the battle, and head forward through the canyon. You eventually do find a giant looking seed, although you know it's just large because of your size. You now need to get it out of here... but how?

Zelda sits by the giant nut, just taking a moment to sit and contemplate things in the serenity of a moment not filled with monsters.
...
After a good hour of napping, Zelda feels refreshed. She gets up, brushes herself off, and takes a good look at the nut.
It's way too large for her to lift as she is now. She'll have to figure something out, but right now she can tell this is just a dead end.
She retraces her steps and makes her way to the other path she ignored before. Maybe the answer to her plight can be found up the vines?

Your brief nap doesn't help heal your wounds, but it does give you some energy to move forward. You backtrack out of the canyon, and climb up the vine you saw earlier, which leads you into a cavern. And it appears to be rather treacherous as well: it has a long, narrow, and winding passage to another doorway, going across a dark abyss. You don't see any bottom to the pit... best make sure you don't fall in.

A shaky breath echoes through the dark cave as Zelda looks down at the near bottomless pit..
... She's always been bad with heights. Even going to the upper floors of the castle was sometimes disconcerting for her, and she REALLY isn't looking forward to this.
Regardless.. She doesn't have that many options at the moment. She tries to go forward carefully, never looking down unless she absolutely has to..
