Not saying it is going to be good, but I need practice and I can't draw well enough to make anything close to that.

You don't need a scanner as long as it's not a drawing made on paper, but you can also use programs to make them, such as Paint.NET for example.

Also, you could try drawing her in a different angle.

I think the legs are slightly too long, and the arms are too short, which might make the legs look even longer.

Very nice, the nose looks like there is too much highlight, or at least have the light defused a little more so it doesn't look like a thin strip or bone or something. And on the left side the nose wants to angle back towards the centre of the face a little more. Unless that is what you wanted.

The colours and depth achieved are very impressive. Nice work. This is a really cool image.
I really need to get back into drawing, though I am limited to basic manga like images at the moment.

How do you do Vector drawings that look that good? All my digital things suck.
Here are some of the sketches that I have worked on for a game I'm making:
The left one is a...cultist...witch...I don't know? I really haven't decided yet.
