So i have a request for everyone. leave the foot fetish conversation at the door. It's annoying me as a reader. I don't care who side i agree with or which is right just forget about it.

So what are you focusing on when you are working on this?

man, when I started making a new demon (or is it her with a makeover?), I was going for a dark gothy cutey... well... I think after the socks I kind have ruined it.... lol

I still like it though, and yeah sorry if pink burns your eyes. Also, if your going to bitch about the sample animation, keep in mind your bitchy comment will take 30 secs to type, while that "fast" animation I threw together was 30 mins. It's a sample to test out gores new model, if you like it, good for you :3

anyways, hope she makes it in somehow gore, either as a new skin or character :D I gota say the body is alot less bendable then the LoK sprites, but your good about redrawing the body for new angles, so no big deal I guess lol.

can you show us some mouth and eye movement?

also if i remember right you use to have a hard time drawing humanoids so you opted not to draw them. If that's true than you've improved in a huge way.

clothing and recoloring isn't really count as drawing a humanoid. this is basically just the demon girl. Still took me a while, but I would suck if I made one from scratch.

(Sorry for taking so long)

The new models is quite good but there is stuff that can be improved. First the pose, looks a bit like they will fall over in any second as well as the legs looks a bit too much apart from each other, I suggest you make them stand more straight.

Now to stuff that can be improved when it comes to the parts. One thing that is really important is that you have some clean and good looking lines as well as having them the same size (unless you know how to use the lines as shading). Unfortunately the brush tool in flash is pretty bad so you get those annoying lumps/size changes. There is a way you can make your lines look better though by just changing the ends/corners and that is by using the selection tool (black cursor) and when you hover over the edge of a "line" the square symbol in the lower right corner changes to a curved line. Then you hold down the left mouse button and start drag, how the line changes depends on where you put your cursor and in what direction you are moving it before releasing the button and you might not see how that will help you at first so I'll show you a example that I have done:

This may not seem like a huge change because that is not what it is but if you work up a complete model like this then you will notice how much cleaner and better it looks. Also it doesn't take that much time to work like this once you got the hang of it. Enough about lines.

Next thing you can improve is the hair and fur, honestly looks more like some wet carpet or something. I'm Not good when it comes to hair my self but it helps to look at a couple of art pieces and take notes, to touch up the lines like I suggested above is also going to make it look better. Even though I'm not good with hair I think I can say what is good and bad with it so far. First the bee's hair is not bad, just that ponytail looks really weird when it is shooting of to the left, as well as the look of the ponytail is pretty bad.

Then wolf's hair, honestly, it is really bad not gonna lie. It just looks like it is put on as well as it looks really wet and thick and that applies to the gray fur and tail as well. You don't want to draw all the lines for the fur because then you have to do that on the normal fur as well to make it look balanced. Just it is impossible to get that to look good when working with so simple art so all you really need to do is really the outlines and then a shading that is a bit jagged. Then I think you should add something similar the the fur that you got around her arms but on her legs as well.

Then when it comes to the feet and head, I really want to redraw them, I did a pretty bad job with them. Just guessing, the bee head is the one I drew as well?

I have some opinions on the body structure as well but then I think I go a bit to deep and it looks alright like it is.

When I think about it, this may not be much about how you can improve those models, more about how you can improve your art.

I'm glad you are adding some more interesting characters in as well going to add futa (if I have heard right).

Socks did kinda ruin it, I would keep the purple and turn the pink to a black or a very dark purple.

So my tutorial attempt never got to see the light of day. Nevertheless I saw this and thought I'd take a crack at it.

Then when I saw the 40+ symbols involved I almost died. So here's just proof of concept instead:

I essentially just went to the symbol itself, traced over it, and deleted the original layer. I don't however know how to put it together in the end flash.
Also, 30min.? Christ that's fast. I'm not even going to quote the time I took tracing over everything.

I neglected to take a close up pic of the original foot but meh, it's more for those who are actually looking at the fla anyway. Also, I know how to export it but when I try to export just the foot it's point of origin causes most of it to clip out. And I don't want to mess with values with my limited experience.
Disclaimer: Should I ever choose to give criticism on anything, give it an hour- I will undoubtedly change the message several times before then.

If you need help I'm able I have adobe flash so whatever you have I could help improve if you want to work on other aspects of the game. I'm ok with not even having my name on the finished product, I just really enjoy how well the games on this site are and would like to see what this would look like finished.

the first of new years. If no update provided check the week after.

So Gore the All star developer of this game has stated that he's going to finish up another gameand it should be finished before the end of the year the he's going back to this one.
