Ok I know that its been a while. Well Happy New Year and Merry Christmas.
Umm the game has not been abandoned and I figured that there will be only
1 or 2 updates left. I have been SLOWLY working on it, but I think i'm going to
make a big push this week, so expect something around the 10th.....later.

I'm at the spot where it resets you back to the beginning every time you take a wrong step.. I just got the 3 chests. Can you give me a hint on where I should go to proceed? Thanks.

EDIT: brothel is closed?!!? DAMN.
EDIT 2: The main door in the middle of the mansion tells me its unlocked when i try to go in, but nothing happens.

I'll just respond to that in saying.....sorry I was kinda in a bad mood when I made the sewers so I made them a little hard.

Also the next update will add some pics to the brothel, and allow you to enter the mansion. Both of those are on
purpose since. I have been working so the update will be soon. Also there will be a bit more of the story added
on soooo yeah. Finally sorry for the long time between updates I've been pretty busy.

hey, nice game so far,
still...

i found some problems myself:

with the new update from yesterday, i can't get access to the harbour, the black guard on the right side won't move, even after rescuing the king..
i played older version and there still was never a problem...

also when i went through the well and your teleport puzzle, at the end, i met a person saying this is the end of current version and the dungeon, but there is still no way out/back,,,

a simple question for the end: every town i bought a ticket from, there was a bothel (or something like that) but in first town i didn't found one, only the two girls so far...
anmd in the older version, there was a ticket for a labyrinth bothel, but after finishing i didin't got a scene/pic....

Yeah I plan on adding some scenes and fixing most glitches, with some sort of wrapping up. On that
note I actually will have to take the next two week off to wait for my new fucking motherboard to get
here since HP decided to hate me and send me a fucking motherboard that died in a couple of months
so yeah. I will be working on the ideas on paper or something, and I will make a puzzle. And on that note
really......no one wants me to recreate the water temple or something. Awwwwwwwwwww

I have the same issue with getting onto the ship, but - hey - I can wait until the MB problem is solved. Question is - what switch isn't being set? I don't have any previous saves at a point where I can really check

I can't get onto the ship either, and I don't have a save where I can get back to past that without getting to the end - o well. Very sorry about the MB - I lost my sound and I REALLY don't want to get a card on an old system. When you get the time and resources and can tie things up I will be a (very) willing consumer/critic.

PS - I have played through what I thought was the end on 8.x and get to the sand rats and there is no exit. Reloading into 9 same thing - no exits that work. Is there something I am missing? Does it go beyond this?

Actually yes you are missing something. There is a subtle hint around town. I advise talking to the people in town. There is something you need to do since I decided that I should up the difficulty. If you still can't figure it out.........I actually think I might write up a walkthrough, once my computer lives again.

Forgot to mention that my computer should be fine within a week. Sooooo once I get it back and once I make the update expect maybe two weeks until the update. Finally my next game is going to be MUCH more story and interpersonal based, so if anyone is willing to do some proof reading and such, then please PM me, since writing isnt really my strong point.

So I've talked to the king and gotten the ship, but I can't get on the ship. Is this a bug? Intentional?

Seems like a bug. Post a screenshot and I'll take a look at it when I can. Also tell me which guild you chose since it would be good to know if it depends on the guild.

Managed to trudge through up until the pirate town, died and didn't have any saves since the forest temple so I called it quits.

Hrm... How to describe it without offending...

I feel the game is good, but the plot/some scenes feel cliche, and most of the characters feel static, not really developing.

Spelling/Grammatical errors urked me a bit, but that's mostly because I'm a Spelling/Grammar Nazi when it comes to games.

When it came to enemies, it felt like a grindfest... Early on, enemies were super-tough if I wanted to face more than two, but later on down the road (I'd say about the time I got out of the beach) I was wiping out everything with ease, even after avoiding a large portion of them.

I was kind of disappointed that my allies never commented/got angry at the amount of money I wasted on brothels... heh.

I like it. I see it more as a standard RPG/H-game and less as a story, and I had a few trouble spots, but it's good nonetheless.
