Playing it on your phone's flash player and playing it natively as an app are two different things. When I compile the .apk, it will actually be its own application on your games list, not just something you play in the browser. Pretty big difference. The app will be able to access your GPU directly, whereas running the swf in the flash player is like an emulator of an emulator of an emulator o.0
Good feedback all. I especially like the town suggestions. Right now I am leaning towards something like that where you can interact with the characters where the job would take place for a more controllable stat boost. Of course, the problem is that the gains in the town can't be more than a normal work week or else there would be no point to working! Since Jobs reward and penalize 4 stats for 0-5 points, the town interactions will most likely reward and penalize 2 stats for 3-4 points and end the visit afterwards. That is just a rough thought tho. The "gameplay" feel would be that you suck at all jobs initially, so the first month should be spent wandering around town meeting people, getting controlled stat boosts that won't make you grind out jobs for the first two months. We will see how it pans out though.
